Podcast Network Asia CEO speaks at the ASEAN+ Youth Summit

Podcast Network Asia CEO Ron Baetiong joined the ASEAN+ Youth Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia as a panel speaker on the discussion, “Empowering The Youth for the Future of Education and Work.

Baetiong stressed the importance of global cooperation to solve common problems. He highlighted startups with cross-border platforms, like those in the transportation sector, as examples of successful international collaborations. These startups have improved transportation options across the ASEAN+ region, breaking down borders and fostering innovation.

“You’re in a position to actually make an impact by being here . Take advantage, solve the problem and that collaboration starts with shared solutions and shared problem-solving,” Baetiong appeals to the youth.

The panel featured other prominent voices in the region, including Hisyaamuddin Bin Abu Bakar, Indonesia Country Head of the Singapore Business Federation; Astrid Nadya Rizqita, Board Member for the ASEAN Region at the Asian-African Youth Government and Hanna Vanya, Academy Lead at Think Policy.

The ASEAN+ Youth Summit is a regional gathering that brings together young leaders, influencers, and policymakers from ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) member-countries and their dialogue partners. The summit provides a platform for discussing critical issues affecting the youth.
