Angkas CEO shines spotlight on hero stories in new online show

Angkas Founder and CEO George Royeca launches an online show that delves into the journey of notable personalities who have risen to hero status in their respective fields.

“PasaHero with Mister Angkas” showcases stories of hard work, resourcefulness, and unwavering determination. Each episode will leave viewers valuable takeaways and insights that can be applied to their own journeys toward success.

“Pag-uusapan natin dito ang mga tips sa negosyo at diskarte sa buhay. Kasama ang iba’t ibang kilalang personalities na dati ay pasahero lamang ng biyaheng tagumpay, pero ngayon “PasaHero” na,” Royeca explains in the trailer.

For its pilot episode, the show features comedian Vice Ganda or Jose Marie Viceral in real life and the journey to becoming the “Unkabogable Phenomenal Box Office Superstar!”

“Vice, gaano ka ba kayaman?” Royeca asks the iconic comedian.

Vice shares a holistic view of success, “Depende kung saan mo sinusukat ‘yung kayamanan na tinutukoy. Hindi ko na masukat ‘yung yaman ko ngayon. Sama-sama na yung yaman ng pananalapi, yaman ng kaligayahan sa puso, yaman ng mga naabot na rin na mga pangarap, yaman ng mga taong nakapaligid sa akin. Pero ang alam ko mayaman na ako,”

The show releases an episode on Youtube every Thursday 1 p.m. As well as on Spotify and other podcast streaming platforms at 7 p.m. of the same day in collaboration with Podcast Network Asia.
